This document serves as an exposé towards the [1.9] Sword PvP Tierlist community, composed by Itzlinatonmc and Petner Petner . It delves into various issues within the community, including the corruption of administrators, previous managers, staff toxicity, and more. The creation of this document has been a thorough and time-intensive process, aimed at shedding light on these critical matters.

Clarification Statement

Hello everyone,

Following the response from the Sword Tierlist, we would like to clarify a few points made, as well as ones by the community. Much of what was said minimizes the true events which occurred. One of the point's "this was from years ago" supposedly, which in reality, all of these occurrences mentioned within the document occurred only a few months ago and every screenshot shows the date, and the damage caused is still very much present. The passage of time does not make abuse acceptable.

We believe it also absolutely is not an excuse to use such language because the setting given is "calm" or "relaxed." It shouldn't be acceptable for people in leadership positions to make others feel hurt with the usage of slurs. Furthermore, the document is not intended to cause harm or defame others. It's about accountability. Many people are making judgments about the document without reading it whatsoever, because "it is to long and it is just them crying" which is causing misunderstandings to be made constantly. The document may be long but the least that can be done is to avoid making statements without being fully aware of the true situation.

Also, making the r slur seem like a light or harmless word is not okay at all. Let’s not forget that no actions were taken against anyone who used this slur toward others on the team over the past few months. On top of that, there are parts of the document showing a Manager telling players to commit suicide in game something that, according to them, has been occurring for years now.

It’s also important to talk about people like Pelvis or QZ. Even if they aren’t staff right now, they were involved recently. QZ, for example, was staff not long ago, and nothing has been put in place to stop people like him from being staff again. Pointing that out isn’t digging up the past, it’s showing that it just repeats as a pattern.

Also, QZ has resigned for the exact same Issues brought up within the Document. Skied will be taking full responsibility by coming out with a public video statement regarding the situation and will be apologising for his actions brought up within the document.

Any Incorrect statement which was made has been removed from the Website to keep things fair. (Specifically a Part about QZ allowing rule breaking and Skied being Blacklisted on the "a1plol" account.)

Some people seem to be brushing things off just because they happened “a while ago,” but it really is not the truth, these events happened in a very short span of time. For example, Weqy falsely muting Petner and that was not even remotely close to years ago. Same as Skied falsely banning Petner.

Just because a community is toxic doesn't mean the people managing it should be toxic as well or allow toxicity.

The main takeaway is being completely misinterpreted. Please try to understand the bigger picture.

Hello everyone!
We've heard about the recent discussions and information surrounding the toxicity and unprofessionalism of some of our staff members. We'd like to reassure you that we're aware of what's going on and appreciate that we could be more professional as a staff team and accept responsibility.
However, it's important to note that we are a tight-knit team that has been together for years. We have a very laid-back environment, and there are a lot of jokes between staff members that are not meant to be received in a negative way.
A lot of the content which has been highlighted is many months, if not years, old which really puts into question the nature of the genuine offense felt around these items. If someone was truly bothered by things being said, you'd think they'd mention it at the time. Moreover, a large proportion of the content is related to staff who are already demoted and no longer part of the team, again further putting into disrepute the motives behind mentioning it in the first place.
To address the usage of certain language within the current staff team, we do accept responsibility for this and will make a conscious effort to reduce it, but it is a byproduct of an overly relaxed environment and was never said with the intention to offend anybody.
There is one specific instance of racial slurs being used by one of our testers. This was already addressed, and the person was warned many months ago and has since never done so again to our knowledge.
Overall, we appreciate feedback and will try to operate more professionally. However, the nature of the feedback and content mentioned is peculiar, and everyone should keep that in mind.

Tierlist Corruption

This report primarily addresses issues of staff bias, abuse, and a lack of organization.

Tierlist Punishment

On November 3rd, 2024, I was muted and then attempted to speak to the administrators then, as I felt the mute was unjust.

These are all my and Weqy's direct messages regarding the mute. I've decided to share the whole conversation in order to better illustrate what transpired. The messages prior to 3:31 PM were prior to my mute, and the rest all concern our conversation after the mute. Please remember, at the time, I did not know who muted me. I assumed it was Ali or Weqy, so I attempted to bluff with Weqy. I did not know if he had muted me or not, but by commenting "You muted me for no reason," I was hoping that he would come clean, and he did.

I had been muted without reason for 7 days and was not muted by Circle. I was previously a moderator and had read moderator rules multiple times. I'd even been scolded once by Ali for not using Circle for my mutes. Weqy broke basic mod procedures and did not use circle for my mute because he acted so impulsively.

I resigned my mod position voluntarily because I wasn't passionate about Discord rules but was more so about the game and tier tests, which were only addressed by Regulators+.

SUPPOSED WARNINGS
Weqy has held that he counseled me on multiple occasions regarding my move before being muted. He held that he had informed Pelvis that he had cautioned me against my behavior within the suggestions. I was muted for being "childish" and "trolling," and this has always been a reason which I felt was not valid enough for a mute. The suggestion I was muted for is "Demote Tsarina Ali," and there were three additional suggestions which were as grave as this which were submitted.

Remember, Tsarina Ali called me the "r" slur for attempting to get cheaters to admit cheating on the server I staff at, also known as Valed. Pelvis even knew this. This clearly is childish manager behavior on her end.

Multiple supposed warnings were given, yet as you can see in our DMs, he never actually warned me. He claims to have done so in the suggestions channel, but that never happened. I welcome him to provide evidence if he has any. (The part regarding the r slur will be addressed in the appeal.)

To sum it up: Weqy muted me for 7 days just for making a joke, I wrote 'Demote Tsarina Ali' and for providing three serious suggestions. They claimed I was being childish (screenshot below). This mute was based on one joke and a single sentence.

It’s true that I was not on the best of terms with Tsarina Ali. At one point, we simply agreed that we didn’t enjoy each other’s company and left it at that. It was never anything serious, as shown below.

That’s not all. After everything that happened, I was actually informed by multiple mods and even higher-ups that Weqy wanted to demote me, but Tsarina Ali prevented him from doing so. (Keep an eye on Ali’s actions, very confusing.) To make matters worse, Weqy wanted to demote me for being childish and writing just one troll message. Keep in mind, we all joke around in staff chat, since at the end of the day, we’re like a friend group. This wasn’t unusual or anything alarming.

Appeal Ticket

After all of this, I obviously opened an appeal ticket.

I opened a ticket explaining that I didn’t break any official tierlist rules and asking why I was muted. The mod’s response was simply that I was muted for muteable offenses. I was then informed that, in staff chat, Ali called me the "r" slur and instructed all the mods to intentionally ignore my ticket (which I’ve never seen happen in my one month as a mod telling people to ignore someone’s ticket and using language like that is completely unprofessional).

After that, Ali tried to handle the ticket herself. To all of my arguments, she responded with "lol" and suggested closing the ticket since she believed I was "Trolling". I obviously refused to close it, and then she forcibly closed the ticket (this is all visible in the transcripts). Whether I am guilty or not, this is NOT how a ticket should be handled.

(I’m pretty sure, though not entirely certain, that Pelvis didn’t even speak to her about this. Keep in mind she was staff at the time.)

Mute Deduction

After all of this, I was finally muted properly and given a reason.

Interestingly enough, although Weqy said I was muted for being childish, it wasn’t even mentioned here. On top of that, I went from Weqy wanting to demote me, to getting a 7-day mute, and then to a 2-day mute.

So Weqy, a trusted regulator at the time, and higher up whose opinion counts in major votes, wanted to DEMOTE me for no reason. He muted me out of anger and, in doing so, completely ignored basic mod rules. He even claimed I was muted for reasons that don’t exist (like being "childish"), which weren’t even listed as the reason for my mute afterward. On top of that, he lied to multiple staff members, saying he had already warned me, and of course, all of this damaged my reputation.

Tsarina Ali, a manager (ironically, she resigned after all of this because of her issues with Pelvis, though she can always regain her roles if she wants), called me mentally disabled, told mods to ignore my ticket, said "lol" in my ticket (talking about trolling), tried to close it, and then forcefully closed it.

Vexaay FFA Drama

Before moving on with this topic, for those who are not aware of what VexFFA is, it essentially is a private practice server for HT3+ Players and above. Weqy just so happens to be an Administrator on this server aswell. Keep in mind this is also a Verified Testing Server meaning, the Tierlist approves Tier Tests to be issued on this server.

Introducing Vexaay.nl. A distinguished private practice server that only allows advanced sword HT3+ players. This server is dedicated to providing an exceptional training environment for enthusiasts and professionals alike. Private server, restricted to HT3+, boosters, and supporters.

After the mute, Weqy decided to remove my T3 role on VexFFA. Although I was a booster on that server, which gave me whitelist access, I wanted the T3 role because I believed more people would want to fight me then. One of the tester rewards was VexFFA whitelist for 1 month, and when I reached 50 tests, I asked Weqy to just give me the T3 role instead. He agreed and never bothered to remove it afterward, probably because we were good friends.

Back to what I was saying, after all this drama, he removed it but that wasn’t enough. He also decided to PERMANENTLY ban me. I’ve never cheated in Minecraft, let alone on VexFFA, and I’ve read their rules multiple times. I haven’t broken any of their official rules (keep in mind, they ban for 30 days for cheating). I decided to open an appeal, and here are the screenshots below.

I decided to report this, but it wasn’t properly handled like it should have been especially considering VexFFA is a testing server, and I was falsely banned.

Vexaay FFA Unban

The third screenshot above ends exactly there. After that, I was immediately banned from the Discord itself after Weqy said “uh huh.” You can see my ban in the third screenshot.

Not only does the owner say I was banned for being a bitch (even though the first reason for my ban was just "–"), but he also mentions it was for something that happened outside the server. I don’t understand how you can be banned on any server for being a bitch, let alone outside of it. This ban is absolutely ridiculous for a Verified Testing server (servers that are supposed to give us logs; getting banned on them puts you in Subhuman, and if a testee asks to test there, the tester MUST test there).

Vex even sells unbans for $50 (breaking Mojang’s EULA), so I decided to see if they would let me pay for my unban, even though I never actually intended to pay that money.

Weqy is so mad at me that he won’t even let me pay for an unban for $50.

Valed Situation

You can see in the third screenshot above that Weqy says "abuse huh." He’s referring to a Valed mute I gave him. In short, I was editing a video for Weqy of someone cheating on Valed. He wanted to watch it out of pure curiosity. While editing, I realized that Weqy had broken the official Valed rules (https://rules.valed.gg/).

Weqy said the "r" slur in my private DMs. Although Valed is pretty lenient on muteable offenses in private messages, I decided to punish him for it after checking with the admin of Valed, since I had noticed the offense six days later. After that, Weqy reported me for abuse, claiming the mute was unjustified.

The admin later messaged me and said that while my mute was 100% fair, it would be better to reduce the duration to avoid any conflict, especially since the rules about private DMs weren’t fully outlined. We both agreed to reduce his mute to either 20 days or 14 days (since he had already served some time) instead of the original 52.

I wasn’t even warned for this like Weqy kept claiming, in fact, I think the admin was actually satisfied with how I handled the situation and that I pointed out something “debatable and not fully described” in the rules. Overall, I wasn’t criticized at all, and it was definitely not considered abuse unlike my ban on VEX.

After that, Weqy tried to get me demoted again on Valed, this time for supposedly leaking flags. Seppe can vouch for me if needed, and I believe even Weqy wouldn’t deny trying. That report ended the same way as the one before going absolutely nowhere since the claim he made wasn’t true and he had zero evidence to back it up.

Recap on Weqy
So to summarise, Weqy wanted to demote me for no valid reason, but settled on a mute after Ali convinced him otherwise. After that, he muted me for 7 days, removed my T3 rank, reported me twice on Valed, and banned me from the VEXFFA Discord and Minecraft server refusing to give me an unban. He lied to higher staff about the situation multiple times and also tried to manipulate others about it.

BIG BREAK AND LEAK

Alright, so here’s where things really started to fall apart. Tsarina Ali ended up resigning, but not because of anything I did, but because of some bigger behind-the-scenes issues she was having with Pelvis (This will be all be brought up in the second chapter).

With her gone, Pelvis tried to be the one who will Manage the tierlist entirely on his own and also try "rsolve" the drama between me and Weqy. To actually try and sort things out, they planned a Group VC. The people that participated In the call were Lurrn, QZ, Acilic, and Visquint, along with ItzLinaton and Rio.

The goal was to clear things up once and for all. But what came out of that call? Honestly, it just made everything even stupider than how it already was before.

Interestingly enough, as I was writing this, I was also waiting for my demotion. A tierlist admin had confirmed to me that I would be demoted. My demotion was also discussed and brought up multiple times within the meeting that occurred.

Of course, it is clear that Weqy suggested my demotion. Let’s say that everything I’ve said here is true. This means the whole tierlist higher staff (except ItzLinaton) have agreed to my demotion while having zero evidence of it and simply taking Weqy’s word for it. Does that seem like good higher management to you? On top of that, the big guy, Lurrn, was involved in this as well. I can only guess that his trust in Weqy didn’t allow him to see the big picture, or he just doesn’t care, which wouldn’t be the first time. I’m sure you can see how awful this is.

Weqy’s Reasoning

Honestly, I’m not entirely sure what caused Weqy to do all of this to me. I get that he was clearly frustrated about being muted, and he’s still muted on Valed. I’ll admit, I can come off as annoying at times, but even so, if I had to guess why he doesn't like me, I’d say it’s because of this:

Weqy is genuinely two-faced, and I believe he can be manipulative. I’ve seen multiple instances of this, not just with me, but even with a tierlist admin. I’m not going to dive into the full details, but it’s something that’s hard to ignore.
Weqy, as you can see, was in charge of Hacking Subhumans. While I couldn’t do it on my own, I was heavily involved in that process (check the subhuman evidence for some proof, by the way). I was also part of the largest sword subhuman wave in history, which came after I spent about four hours going through every T3 ban history on the tierlist. A lot of the disagreements between me and Weqy stemmed from analyzing multiple video evidence where I told him that he wasn’t good at telling whether someone was cheating. To this day, I was right about every accusation where we disagreed, which I’m sure you can understand can be pretty frustrating.

You can check all of this in the tierlist Discord, but the next part I’m about to share is completely hearsay.

Weqy and I were 1v1ing on VEXFFA when I wasn’t banned. Keep in mind, he’s a retired High Tier 2 and at the time I was just a Low Tier 3 tester. For no real reason, he started counting the score, and when it got to 6-2, I asked him if he wanted to do an actual FT10. He refused, and I jokingly said, "Are you scared?" To which he replied, "Yes."

After all of that, the final score ended up being 10-8 in his favor. But I claimed it was actually 6-4 because I wasn’t really taking the match seriously before that, and he just randomly started counting. This seemed to bother him quite a bit, I mean, a retired HT2 losing 6-4 to a LT3. He started making excuses for why it happened.

Forcing/Tricking Admissions

I think you can probably relate to this yourself. As staff, sometimes you know someone is cheating, but the video evidence just isn’t enough to ban them. That’s why, on occasion, I told people that if they admitted to cheating, they would get half the subhuman punishment. Now, I know that’s totally misleading, but it was still allowed by Simpily, who Pelvis put in charge of the tierlist before his demotion (The other chapter explains his demotion to those who are curious).

Though it’s irrelevant now, this method actually worked on 4 out of 5 people I tried it with before it got forbidden. It helped clear both Valed and the tierlist of 4 cheaters. I got shouted at for this, though, something that the person in charge of sword had allowed me to do multiple times. Ali and Pelvis didn’t like it because it led to some interesting appeals, but it got results.

To add to that, after all of this, I only asked people on Valed if they were cheating in their tests for fun, since I got better at collecting more solid evidence. I told them that their MCTiers appeal for subhuman would most likely go better if they admitted to it, since that’s completely true. Admitting can actually help in the appeal process, something I’ve seen happen myself.

Pelvis claims that I did this again after the warning on the 19th of October, but he hasn’t provided any evidence of that (this will be mentioned more clearly below). I still believe that, in that case, it was probably the scenario I mentioned above—meaning their admission wasn’t even part of the evidence for my Valed ban. We have the evidence and ban log in a Discord channel there.

NEW WEQY EVIDENCE

Regarding this, I’ve just got new evidence showing how Weqy tried to deceive/manipulate Pelvis with the admission thing I used to do. You’ve already seen that I was warned on the 20th of August, and Pelvis mentions me abusing after that time. The evidence he was provided with shows Pelvis’ trust in Weqy has dropped so low that he first accused Weqy of editing the screenshot, even though it was real. It’s clear Weqy tried to deceive Pelvis by claiming I broke the admission rule after my warning, which was clearly not the case. You can see the date on my message is the 13th of August.

There was another instance of this that was a bit more complicated. You can see in this picture a message where I used a cowboy emoji and didn’t admit. All of this could of been found in mod chat at the time but Rio decided to archive every staff chat so it is now entirely hidden, but from the two screenshots I will provide (second and third), you’ll clearly see that Weqy missed a key point. He shows it to Pelvis as though I’m talking about something I did in the present, but there’s no proof of that whatsoever. He tries to frame it as if I broke the rule again after my warning. But when you see the full screenshot, it tells the whole story.

Weqy was imitating me above, saying "oooh, but I am petner and I will get you subhuman," and so on, but I sarcastically corrected him and wrote those messages. Now, you might be wondering, what does "for now" mean? As I mentioned, I am staff on Valed and also a tierlist staff member on another server, where I fully planned to continue giving people rewards for admitting to cheats, like shorter subhumans, since it was effective, as you can see. Nevertheless, after the date I was warned, I never got anyone to confess to cheating by misleading them in any way. So, Weqy purposefully cut out that part where it shows I was being sarcastic in order to deceive Pelvis.

Weqy also went and stole my suggestions from a document I posted in a suggestions thread made in the Sword Tierlist in Staff Announcements, blatantly without crediting me.

Additionally, Weqy has talked badly about Admin ItzLinaton and spread false rumors and claims about him while he was on his break, as seen below.

Weqy Manipulation

This is going to be the final chapter, where I talk about Weqy and point out that he is a manipulator, lying to everyone for public fame and image. I will highlight as many details as I can.

First, if you notice, Weqy tends to act nice to literally everyone and doesn’t treat anyone badly. He does this to make sure that he can have as many people supporting him as possible if he gets into trouble, gaining public fame and clout. You can see that he is very friendly to everyone by checking his friends list on Discord with mutual friends.

Second, Weqy is very two-faced. If you make him mad, he’s going to start treating you differently, like I have shown in my screenshots above. He acts nice at first, but then later on he becomes the person you don’t want to see. He only shows the side of himself that you want to see (his nice side), not the one that reveals his real self.

Weqy also never accepts when he is in the wrong and lies to others. He lied to Linaton about hating him 50/50. He called him slurs and never told him about it either, while making defamation claims against him, saying that Linaton is toxic and not nice, which is the complete opposite. I have known Linaton for a while, and he is very nice and never toxic unless joking around in a friendly way.

Pelvis

I have brought the full evidence and report on Ali and Weqy to Pelvis, and he said it’s not his main concern right now. Can you imagine the state of the tierlist if a report on two of the higher-ups isn’t a top priority?

He has also completely ghosted me on the evidence I asked for regarding the admission topic above, trying to debunk it.

Apparently, apart from the things below, he also said, “Who cares about paying the testers, give all the money to the higher staff.” This was included in Linaton’s report, but I don’t have any proof of it, so just count it as hearsay or ask Linaton or Visquint for it.

Pelvis also admitted to not demoting me yet, using me only for valed bans (last screenshot).

He also admitted that one of the reasons he was open to my demotion was that I tend to get angry very easily. I do not know how that can be considered demoteable. If people behave well and tend to get angry faster or slower than other people, I do not know why it should be considered when looking at my demotion.

He also claimed that it would have been better if he poked me on VEX, so that I would do something that would justify Weqy’s ban instead of making it seem completely biased. So, a manager would try to provoke me into raging so they could justify a ban they would do regardless and make ME look like the bad guy because of it.

Lurrn has also suggested demoting me in the last couple of days and not doing anything against Weqy’s behavior and his toxic side.

There has also been a claim against Weqy that he hates everyone in the Tierlist, including me and Linaton the most.

No one else is aware of Weqy’s toxic side either since he hides it very well.

You can see Pelvis is probably biased in handling my report, claiming he was open to tricking me into Weqy banning me. He also said, in one part, he dislikes me. But he denies that and says he is neutral about me after we made up. This screenshot is newer than anything from this document.

The screenshots I provided below back my story. Weqy claims Pelvis is biased, and he reminds him he is not, even claiming he is the opposite of that because I lashed out on him, quote.

Aftermath/Conclusion

So to summarise, Weqy wanted to demote me for no valid reason, but settled on a mute after Ali convinced him otherwise. After that, he muted me for 7 days, removed my T3 rank, reported me twice on Valed, and banned me from the VEXFFA Discord and Minecraft server refusing to give me an unban. He lied to higher staff about the situation multiple times and also tried to manipulate others about it. On top of that he has stolen my ideas, suggested demoting me with no reason whatsoever and every single member of higher staff was okay with demoting me while up to that point they have not seen any evidence of me doing anything bad or immature or childish. He tried to manipulate the staff by saying I tricked people into admitting after I was warned for it.

Staff Demotions

This chapter will primarily adress each Managers Resignation/Demotion

Beginning

This chapter covers the resignations of Tsarina Ali and Casper, along with Pelvis' demotion due to recurring conflicts. It highlights the issues and tensions that led to these decisions, showing how things fell apart internally. These events all occurred during some time in November 2024

Casper's Resignation

Casper simply resigned during Pelvis' takeover of the Tierlist, following Tsarina Ali's resignation. He most likely did not have enough time to keep up with Managing the Tierlist along with Pelvis.

Ali's Resignation

Tsarina Ali's resignation occurred on November 5th, 2024. I will cover what led to this decision in the paragraphs below.

During the start of November, Pelvis made his return to the Tierlist after one of the administrators at the time, Simpily, couldn’t stay active anymore due to moving from America to Asia.

At that point, Pelvis had no clue about any recent changes to the Tierlist or the major staff promotions that happened during his absence, to put it simply, he had zero connection to what had been going on for the past few months.

He came back trying to “fix” what he saw as staff mistakes, one of them being that testers weren’t allowed to force tests on certain verified servers, saying it should be the tester’s choice. I strongly disagreed with that. The only verified server at the time that actually handled cheaters properly was Valed (valed.gg), all I had to do was DM a staff member and cheaters would be banned in seconds and I could process their Subhumans faster.

Not being able to test there anymore made it incredibly frustrating to handle Subhumans efficiently. To make things worse, at the time I wasn’t even allowed to issue Subhumans based on video evidence, and neither were Regulators or even Admins, for whatever reason.

You can see below how I had to argue with staff just to try point out how this was an issue.

I decided to also contact Ali regarding this, so she could possibily try convince Pelvis to take consideration into what I was suggesting but it did not work out properly.

Do not missunderstand me, but I also want to be able to accurately tier players during tier tests instead of losing to them on a different server which I do not play on whatsoever.

If I am going to test someone on a different server which does not handle cheater situations properly or has inconsistant knockback, then the test is entirely going to remain inaccurarte. I will somehow lose to a cheater or the server will start to lag out.

Pelvis, instead of trying to find a compromise, especially since multiple testers were clearly against the new changes about not being allowed to force tests on certain servers, simply told me to not test at all.

No discussion, no consideration, just a flat out "you should not test at all," as if that was a reasonable solution.

This happens to be Pelvis' first controversial desicion, and it only gets worse from there.

Another thing to point out, Pelvis even made a full Announcement just telling Testers that they are not allowed to do this, and even made testing on Valed optional for Testers, due to its kit being Protection 2.

The second mistake that led up to this entire situation would be the biggest one yet. Ali proposed the following to Pelvis along with other regulators. This was taken from a document for clarification:

Problems to solve:

Network Hub tickets are slow and backed up (subhuman appeals, subhuman reports with screen share evidence, server add-ons).
Low amount of tests per month.

Necessary:

Linaton can do subhuman appeals.
Reg+ can do #reports and sub-reports (QZ and Weqy not new regs).

Suggested changes:

Staff movement channel potentially, but we need to have tester applications checked more frequently.
Last resort idea: make testers only be required to test to 5 or 7, and yes, I know this is not optimal since it is purely sacrificing accuracy for numbers — but it is an idea nevertheless. In my opinion, there’s no need for an entire FT10 to judge someone’s skill in low-tiered basic evaluations.

Events:

Change the server icon and banner to match different themes.
Remove the harsh punishment for alting, for example: if someone alted, they can never test again because they’ll get punished again. We should work towards finding a different solution.
Raise quota.
Halve the necessary quota for HT3 eval testers.

Pelvis, instead of showing any interest in these suggestions, argued against them, dismissing them as unnecessary. He told Ali that the list should just die and that they could do whatever they wanted, all while displaying an immature and unprofessional attitude. This triggered a heated argument between them that lasted for hours. Eventually, Ali, feeling frustrated and unsupported, decided to block Pelvis and fully resign from her position. She no longer wanted to be involved with the tierlist, especially after realizing that working with Pelvis was no longer an option. To her, it was clear that he wasn’t using logic in his decisions and was making all the wrong choices.

Not to mention, Pelvis even tried forcing people to do other Tasks besides the ones that they are good at, if staff did not comply they can resign. It was clear he did not care whatsoever about anyone staying or leaving.

Another questionable suggestion Pelvis made was promoting Prusso to a Moderator, which was clearly a terrible idea. To make matters worse, there was even a supposed proposition of making him a Regulator instantly. This decision raised a lot of concern among the team, as many felt that Prusso wasn’t fit for the position.

This was finally Ali's last straw. After arguing with Pelvis for multiple hours about everything, she had enough. She blocked him and completely left the Discord Server. It was clear to her that continuing to be involved with someone who wasn’t making logical decisions or listening to reason was no longer worth her time or energy.

Later on, she reached out to staff members privately and sent them the following message regarding the situation:

Pelvis's Demotion

What most of the community isn’t aware of is that Pelvis was actually demoted, not resigned as many might believe.

This paragraph will explain what led to his demotion shortly after Tsarina Ali’s resignation and the key events that pushed staff to take that step.

After Tsarina Ali resigned, Pelvis was left fully in charge of the Tierlist.

During his time leading, he made an attempt to listen to suggestions from the community, most notably ones made by Petner and others, in hopes of improving and evolving the Tierlist into something more efficient and community-focused.

While the intention seemed genuine at first, it made the situation much more complicated than what it already was.

Another thing worth pointing out while Pelvis was handling tester applications alongside Rio, tensions began to rise unexpectedly.

Pelvis started getting frustrated with Rio simply because he was one day late in responding to accepting tester applicants. But what Pelvis didn’t realise is that it the delay wasn’t Rio’s fault whatsoever.

When testers get promoted, they typically receive a direct message asking if they’re ready to take on the role. In Rio’s case, Discord had flagged his account, preventing him from messaging people properly as he was sending the same formatted message like a Bot.

Instead of showing understanding, Pelvis escalated things and as a result, a serious conflict broke out between the two. Eventually, Rio also snapped like Tsarina Ali.

Something else I want to point out, and it’s important to keep this in mind for later, is that Petner and I played a major role in helping with the big Subhuman wave that happened at the time.

it’ll make more sense why this matters once you see what happens later on.

Now moving on, another mistake which Pelvis made, was demoting Weqy. What was the reasoning behind the demotion of Weqy? Well to put it simple, Pelvis wanted to ensure he took a break and forcefully made him do it by removing his roles so he would not be able to do anything.

This made the community assume Weqy was supposedly demoted, which was not the case obviously.

During this time that Pelvis was in charge, he did not only argue with Rio, but with Weqy aswell, once again regarding the suggestions which were being made for the Improvement of the Tierlist at the time.

Weqy also made the supposed claim that Pelvis was using him along with Petner. This unfortunately happens to be the reality in this situation.

Considering that Petner was obviously helping alot and providing evidence logging from Valed, it would of obviously been a big loss for Pelvis to issue a demotion to Petner.

Another thing to point out is that during this time, Petner was also reporting Weqy to Pelvis and arguing with him, he even had a ticket open regarding the situation about his Ban on VexFFA. This was all seen within the previous chapter which Petner composed.

Weqy also argued with Pelvis multiple times about issuing a demotion to Petner, lied to Pelvis about Petner recieving a warn on Valed and much more which can be seen below.

To try and sort out all the chaos, Pelvis called a meeting with Lurrn, QZ, me, Rio, and Weqy. During this meeting, everything was discussed, including Petner’s demotion. Weqy kept pushing for it, claiming that he was for "abusing and trolling” as we have already seen in Petner's Report. However, this was already obviously debunked as false, and it became clear that Weqy was just spreading lies to tarnish Petner’s reputation.

Before the meeting or anything took place in the group chat, Pelvis had already been arguing with Rio, Weqy, and QZ regarding the Ali situation. He tried to finally agree with our suggestions on Improving the Tier List, but was too late as everyone already saw the DM's between him and Ali and how he behaved in the situations.

Some of the topics discussed before the meeting were regarding Prusso's supposed promotion, The situation between Pelvis and Ali and much more as seen below.

After all the arguing Lurrn was eventually added to the group chat to try get everythig back on track, and tried clarifying suggestions made by Pelvis, such as him promoting Prusso

To avoid making this section way too long, I’ll just skip to when the meeting actually started and focus on the more important parts and what was proposed. The call began on

These were mainly proposed ideas and issues to handle:

Hire new regulators - Suggested members: Ehqua and Visquint, each handling different tasks like tickets and mod rule enforcement.
Budget Split - 50% to tester rewards (PayPal, Nitro, cosmetics) and 50% to events (monthly/weekly with prizes).
Testing Rework - FT5 standard for quicker evaluations, bridge testing for fast promotion, clearer skip rules.
Testers - Improve tester rewards, host bonding events, and study methods from other tierlists.
Strike/Defense System - Rewards for defense wins, punishments for repeated losses; a performance tracking system.
Rubric Changes - Clarify rules around test servers, enforce server agreements, and avoid switching mid-test without approval.
Professionalism - Use PDFs, Google Docs, and Sheets to keep operations organized and accessible to high staff.
Beef - Address Weqy vs Petner beef (getting serious).
Valed - Handle Valed not sharing logs towards the Tierlist

One important detail that wasn’t mentioned in Petner’s original document happened right after Weqy kept askiong for his demotion,

Was that Lurrn offered to reach out to Nqnja (the owner of Valed) to request logs that could help get rid of Petner faster.

While there isn’t a recording or transcript of the call, I do remember a very clear moment which stood out to me. Lurrn politely messaged Nqnja requesting an inquiry, after, Nqnja replied with "https://nohello.net", essentially insisting he gets straight to the point.

In the meeting call, Lurrn was pretty frustrated and said, "This Nqnja cun- didn’t even give me a hello." Lurrn then messaged him back requesting for Tier List log compliances, few moments later, while waiting for a reply, he followed up with, "I’m going to wait for this Nqnja loser to reply."

As a Network Owner, comments like these honestly seem quite unprofessional and disrespectful, especially when all that was asked of him was to be direct.

After the meeting was complete, it was pretty clear that Petner should of recieved a demotion, but Pelvis decided to give it one final try before demoting him, and made an announcement asking me and Rio for our opinions. Now unfortunately, Lurrn decided to defend Weqy and even claim that there is not anything wrong with calling Individuals "mentally disabled", honestly this is just fully disappointing, I think its clear he has not looked into the situation whatsoever and just started defending Weqy. (This won't be the final time that you are going to see a similar situation occurr so please keep reading till the end).

Final Conclusion

Pelvis behaved immaturely when handling conflict with Tsarina Ali and would not consider helpful suggestions and would try mess up the staff task orginsations and justify it by saying "This is Discord, you guys acted like I was relocating yall to work on a Farm on Africa". Pelvis even admitted to using Petner just for anti cheat logs from Valed, and tried to demote Weqy for talking back to him in a rude way. Ali eventually resigned as a result of the continuous arguments that followed.

Soon after, Casper also resigned due to his busy life I assume.

Rio, QZ, Weqy, and I were added to a group chat made by Pelvis in an effort to escalating the tensions. Later on, Lurrn was added to help solve the ongoing problems.

A meeting was eventually hosted to go over suggestions and solutions for the problems that had been building up. However, during this process, Lurrn ended up defending Weqy and requested for Petner to be demoted aswell, even when it was clear Petner did not try cause destruction.

To finally give the ending of how Pelvis was demoted:
On the 7th of November, Lurrn created a group chat with Ali, Rio, QZ, Weqy, and me. The goal was to gather insight and figure out what to do next.

After Ali laid everything out and after we gave our Inputs,it was clear that the decision would be made to remove Pelvis from the team entirely due to his behavior and inability to manage the team and Lurrn believing that he did not meet the Manager criteria any longer.

In the end, me and Rio were left in charge of the Tierlist following his removal. What happened to Pelvis was kept private at the time, but this concludes the ending here.

There is still obviously more to this but, I wanted to summarize it so it does not get any longer than it already has gotten.

The Realisation

This chapter will address events that occurred some time prior to Petner’s Mute.

The Reality

Something a lot of the community doesn’t really see is who Weqy truly is behind the scenes. On the surface, he comes off as calm and friendly, but the reality is quite different. His real personality, when you're not in the public eye, can be the complete opposite of what most people might really think.

One thing that wasn’t really mentioned earlier in Petner’s chapter is that Weqy already had a negative opinion of him. He even went as far as spreading misinformation, telling others that Petner was just “trolling” and that he was upset over a “fair” punishment that was issued to him

Let us not forget, the way Petner had said that Weqy had behaved with him was really kind, but as we can see that is far from the reality.

At one point, Petner had blocked Weqy. Later on, Weqy reached out to me asking me to tell Petner to unblock him as you can see below.

As shown above, Weqy tries to deny ever calling Petner the r slur but that claim clearly doesn’t really seem to be the truth as seen below:

We can clearly see that Weqy has tried to act nice, all while quietly holding back his real opinions about Petner.

This isn’t the first time Weqy has spoken negatively behind someone’s back. As seen in Petner’s chapter, he’s done the exact same thing to me, especially while I was taking a break from Discord. I hadn’t even tried bothering him, or said anything, yet he still made the choice to try bother me. What really stood out was that during a time when I had him blocked, he openly admitted in Voice Call to purposely trying to bother me and even laughed about it saying it was a regular thing he does to everyone.

I should also mention that he did the exact same thing behind my back, but this time with a staff member messaging them about me and clearly making up false claims about me.

Weqy also clearly denied doing any of this that I have listed.

Having a habit of talking negatively behind someone's back and lying to them is one of the worst human qualities.

Clearly, Weqy is two faced and tries to portray himself as really nice, but that's not the reality at all. I mean, he's literally been brushing off his toxic behavior by saying that he has been telling people to commit suicide for years now.

Let’s also point out how he has been calling new community players the r slur in the past just for not understanding how the tier testing system works.

He has also essentially said the r slur towards me for making a mistake, and called me another slur for beating him in a fight.

He also called Pelvis "autistic" for no reason at all and tried arguing regarding Petners VexFFA Ban by stating that he can ban anyone if they are acting like an r slur.

It's important to point out that Weqy's use of the r slur is consistent.

Now you might be wondering, was Weqy punished after all this? The answer is no. Lurrn was fully aware and there was an ongoing report but Lurrn decided to try and stop it without reviewing it whatsoever. He was clearly defending Weqys toxic actions, keep in mind the report contained Weqy directing the r slur towards an Administrator.

I believe it would also be great to point out that Weqy has made questionable jokes before aswell.

Final Conclusion

For a final conclusion, Weqy has shown an extreme amount of toxicity. He’s called me and others mentally disabled, lied multiple times about saying it, and even admitted in a voice call that he was purposefully targeting me, and he also admitted that he finds it funny to purposefully target people. He tried to manipulate Pelvis into believing that Petner received a warning for his actions. He also tried to justify the VexFFA ban as fair because he can "ban petner if he is being mentally disabled". On top of that, he lied about Petner getting a warning on Valed for punishing him. He talked negatively about my projects just because he didn’t like me, and he tried to defame me by messaging higher staff with false claims. He even tried to defame Petner and he admits to telling players to commit suicide in Minecraft for Years. Lurrn in the end refused to demote him when viewing a report made about him covering all these topics as he seems to be defending his friends immature and disrespectful actions. This is the new Manager of the Sword Tierlist.

Staff Toxicity

This chapter will address some issues with the staff behaviour within the Tier List.

Beginning

Before we begin, let's mention who will be covered in this chapter:

Skied, QZ69, and Rio

Skied

Let’s start with Skied, a 16 year old screensharer and developer and former Stray Moderator who, debatably, is one of the most toxic individuals on this list.

To clarify everything mentioned within this part is just a claim and is not fully able to be proven true, although it is worth mentioning in case it is true. Also for clarification this was not made by me.

Should also mention that Petner was also blocked by Skied when he brought this up to him

I believe it would also be great to mention that recently Petner brought the claim up publicly, which led to Skied banning him and then him recieving an unban 3 Minutes after. You can see this below.

Moving forward to January 14th, 2025, I was in a Staff VC with N00b_exe. Since N00b was livestreaming on YouTube while doing tier tests, he invited me to join the call and participate in his Stream. A bit later, Skied and Weqy also joined.

A bit more later in the stream, Weqy had brought up an FFA server which I was working on at the time. He initially got the name wrong at first but then corrected himself after I pointed out his mistake, and Skied followed up with an offensive comment about it which Weqy agreed to, which can be seen below:

Now here’s where things got a little more interesting. After I initially left the voice channel, Skied asked me to privately call with him once again in the Staff Voice call. He said he was genuinely interested in helping with my server project. Very ironic considering he made a negative comment about the very same project without though it even existing yet. I brought the comment up to him and he suddenly could not remember his own words which he said to me with Weqy till I showed him the clip above. Now, he tells me that he respects my work and wants to get involved.

He even pushed for an ownership position, which was declined by my team. After that, he laughed at one of our Founders Team which I brought up to him.

I felt nice enough to give him a chance to help and try possibly work up to an Owner position even though everyone was obviously against it. At one point, I asked him to create a plugin for the server. He did it but the plugin was not usable in any meaningful way. Not long after being refused the ownership role, he left the project entirely without saying a word.

Things didn’t stop there though. We also realised that he ended up leaking private information about the server. How do I know? During a voice call with Weqy, he accidentally let it slip. Wile I was screensharing, he noticed the servers owner group chat and said “Wait, there are... owners in the team now?”. That moment made it pretty clear Skied had shared information he wasn’t supposed to share. Even Rio was aware of the project.

Moving on. Skied also ended up mentioning the server project to someone else outside the team. And how do I know that? Well, not long after, that person actually messaged me and one of our Owners laughing at us.

Now moving forward, Skied has also had a past conflict with one of the regulators, Visquint. The issue started when Visquint banned a player named Knucior for a very valid reason. Skied didn’t agree with the ban and argued against it and even took it as far as to changing people’s nicknames to "#demotevisquint". On top of that, he began messaging moderators privately, trying to paint Visquint in a negative light, even though the ban itself was completely justified (The ban reason was NSFW by the way.).

Another thing which I believe is really worth pointing out is that during an arguement that QZ69 was encouraging between me and Skied, Skied ended up calling me "autistic.", this is especially concerning considering that Skied was a moderator at the time, speaking that way to someone very much above him is really disrespectful and unprofessional.

Moving forward again, before I resigned, Skied blocked me, but then randomly tried to act friendly in game later after my resignation, which felt completely two-faced. What’s even more bizarre is that he deleted my original resignation message and edited it to remove any mention of Marlowww’s tier list. He even wrote in the message "We respect ItzLinaton deeply". Respect me, by blocking me? He did not even try deny it when I mentioned it in game to him.

This doesn’t even begin to cover it all. To add even more to the list, Skied has called a friend of mine the r slur over a mistake. And unfortunately, that wasn’t a one time incident. He’s used the slur multiple times in different situations, and he’s also made homophobic jokes. This kind of behavior is just not acceptable.

Let us also show Skied "kindly" asking for me to unblock Weqy.

I think it is also worth mentioning that Skied now is a Network Moderator, one of the highest positions in the Network and he also is a Regulator for the Sword Tierlist

I think this chapter has more than shown the kind of toxic behavior Skied tends to display. Also should mention that he tends to try show ego by displaying himself as rich and very successful and smart.

QZ69

Who is QZ69?
QZ69 is a 16 year old Regulator in the Sword Tierlist, he is a retired High Tier 2 and has been within the Tier List since 2022.

QZ69 during his time within the Tier List has demonstrated a lack of maturity and signs of toxicity.

A notable example occurred right after my resignation from the position of Tierlist Admin. After resigning, I created a contact server to help players submit inquiries. Rather than giving me a proper goodbye or a thank you for my contributions, QZ chose to respond with an immature comment as seen below:

Something else worth mentioning is that QZ69 has some high consistency of using slurs, which really doesn’t look good for someone in a high position within the Tier List. You can see several offensive comments he's made about people like Pelvis and Corned Emirate.

He’s also made negative comments towards players who do Tier 2 tests, he also does not try hide this in High Testing tickets.

On a personal note, he’s been toxic toward me as well just because I said that spam pinging someone isn’t going to help get anything done.

I should also point out that QZ69 has encouraged an arguemnent between me and Skied, all for the sake of stirring up unnecessary conflict. I believe this part really highlights enough of the situation to give the reader a clearer picture of what QZ69 is actually like.

Rio

At first, I genuinely thought Rio was a respectable Individual, but that changed quickly. In a voice call, he straight up told me he didn’t care whether I left for Marlowww’s list or not. He also brushed off staff conflicts, saying that staff should just “handle it themselves,” which felt like a complete disregard for leadership responsibility.

What was more disappointing is how he started siding against Petner aswell, seemingly because he fully trusts Weqy’s word someone who, let’s not forget, has a history of being extremely toxic and making offensive jokes towards Individuals. Rio even gave Weqy Manager permissions.

To make matters worse, I later found out that in a private Voice Call with Skied and Rio present, Weqy was openly making offensive comments about me with Skied. While Rio hasn’t shown extreme toxic behavior on his own, besides using the "r slur" himself, I cannot really say so much about him.

Final Conclusion

While there isn't any concrete evidence that would be enough to get Skied demoted, the similarities between Skied and A1plol are apparent. Furthermore, Skied has accused me of falsifying screenshots of our direct messages, confirming he is indeed "a1plol." For those not familiar with the player "a1plol," he is a subhumaned player on MCTIERS and FFATL. He is currently banned on Valed. Apart from that, Skied banned me on the tierlist yesterday for "defaming" him and calling him A1plol in general chat. I was unbanned 3 minutes later thanks to Ali, and Skied officially apologized to me and claimed he acted impulsively. Two minutes after he apologized, he continued trash-talking me on Marlow's tierlist. Skied is a subhumaned alt who is actively abusing his position, and this was just one of many examples. Skied has also displayed extreme toxicity by making homophobic jokes, calling players mentally disabled, called a Higher Administrator Autistic, tried to lie manipulate a higher Administrator and so on.
QZ69 has continuously displayed toxicity and immaturity, regularly using offensive language (such as the r slur) and starting unwarranted drama between me and Skied by encouranging Skied to Insult me. QZ69 has also displayed this Toxicity against previous Testers and even Multiple Managers (Rio and Pelvis) and Players and even who wanted to test for Tier 2.
Rio made it very clear that he does not care wether if staff argue or not and wont try handle it, he also does not care if certain staff members resign to leave for another Community. I have been staff for some time now, and he has not shown care towards me or anyone else during my time as an Administrator and even allowed staff to Insult each other, or contributed towards it.

Weqy: has shown an extreme amount of toxicity. He’s called me and others mentally disabled, lied multiple times about saying it, and even admitted in a voice call that he was purposefully targeting me, and he also admitted that he finds it funny to purposefully target people. He tried to manipulate Pelvis into believing that Petner received a warning for his actions. He also tried to justify the VexFFA ban as fair because he can "ban petner if he is being mentally disabled". On top of that, he lied about Petner getting a warning on Valed for punishing him. He talked negatively about my projects just because he didn’t like me, and he tried to defame me by messaging higher staff with false claims. He even tried to defame Petner and he admits to telling players to commit suicide in Minecraft for Years. Lurrn in the end refused to demote him when viewing a report made about him covering all these topics as he seems to be defending his friends immature and disrespectful actions. This is the new Manager of the Sword Tierlist.
